beean Coffee provides a web-based recipe management dashboard and embeddable widget service that allows coffee roasters and retailers to create, manage, and display interactive brewing recipes on their websites. The Service includes a roaster dashboard hosted at roaster.beeancoffee.com, API endpoints for widget delivery, and optional integrations with e-commerce platforms including WooCommerce (via plugin) and Shopify.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts may receive a trial period to evaluate the Service. After the trial period ends, you must maintain an active paid subscription to continue using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
beean Coffee retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. The recipe content you create through the Service remains your property.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for displaying recipe widgets on your website.
You retain full ownership of all recipe content you create using the Service. However, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legality of your recipes. By publishing recipes through our Service, you represent that you have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we collect and process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes recipe IDs and standard web request information.
Our Service can be integrated with various e-commerce platforms including WooCommerce (via plugin), Shopify, and others. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or security of these third-party platforms.
All subscription payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe's payment processing services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use (including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and your web hosting provider).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which beean Coffee operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and beean Coffee regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
